Sunrise Necklace x Pediatric Cancer Foundation
The “Sunrise” Necklace was created in honor of my late mother, Ann Marie, who lost her battle with cancer in 2020. Vividly recalling the sunrise on the morning she passed, I remember the feeling of knowing a new day was ahead and that it would be her last. My mom left this earth after sunset that day, and as dark as it felt, the sun eventually rose again.
The “Sunrise” Necklace was created as a message of hope. A reminder that even in the darkest of hours, the sun somehow rises again. I hope it serves as a tangible reminder that those of us who have loved and lost, must find a way to keep going. We must trust that darkness will eventually give way to light.
I’m honored to team up with Pediatric Cancer Foundation and offer The “Sunrise”Necklace, now in honor of a beautiful soul that left this earth far too soon. Gianna “Gigi” Ambrosio was not only an ambassador for PCF but she was a champion for all who’ve been afflicted with cancer. Gigi had an unparalleled ability to focus on the positive, guide other children through their illness and serve as an inspiration to all she met. Her strength carried her family and friends through very challenging years. To know Gigi was to immediately love her and all who were touched by her bright light will love and miss her forever.
Gigi’s time here was cut short, but her legacy lives on. Her family and friends must now continue her fight. As dark as it feels for all who mourn her, I know she would want us to let some light in. Through The “Sunrise” Necklace, we will ensure her quest to raise awareness for Pediatric Cancer continues and her legacy of finding hope in the darkest of hours, lives on.
